June 4, 2020: Upstate police chief shows solidarity with Black Lives Matter

Protests continue over the killing of George Floyd, an African American Minnesota resident, while in police custody. In New York, the protests have included a call to repeal the state’s 50a statute that shields personnel records of police officers.
