May 28, 2020: Lawmakers pass COVID-19 bills after nearly 2-month hiatus

The legislature returned to session this week for the first time since passage of the state budget. We heard from Brad Hoylman (D-Manhattan), chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, on the bills that he is working on.
