Having an adequate number of contact tracers in a region are just one of the parameters that regions will need to meet to start the reopening process. Daniel Stapleton, Niagara County Public Health Director and President of the New York State Association of County Healthy Officials, discussed how counties like his are gearing up for and using these tracers in the fight against COVID-19.
