May 25, 2020: Manhattan Assemblymember proposes COVID-19 New Deal package

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the financial wellbeing of New Yorkers in every region. Now, Asm. Yuh-Line Niou (D-Manhattan) is calling for a New Deal inspired package of bills to expand benefits for individuals and small business.
