Governor Cuomo’s daily COVID-19 briefings have become must-watch television for many New Yorkers eager to hear the latest information on the state’s response, but some New Yorkers are not able to get all the information they need. Timothy A. Clune, Executive Director of Disability Rights New York, explained why his organization is taking legal action to have the state include an American Sign Language Interpreter to the Governor’s main broadcast feed to expand access for deaf New Yorkers.
