Students will not be returning to their school buildings this academic year after actions taken by Governor Cuomo. We heard about the impact this will have on students and how schools are preparing for the 2020-2021 school year when Bob Lowry, Deputy Director for Advocacy, Research and Communications at New York State Council of School Superintendents, and Kevin McGowan, Superintendent of the Brighton Central School District and President of NYSCOSS’ Executive Committee, joined the show.
