March 26, 2020: Funeral directors respond to coronavirus

Over 300 people have succumbed to the coronavirus in New York State. Michael Lanotte of the New York State Funeral Directors Association, explained how he and his colleagues work with hospitals and families to help give a proper goodbye during the age of social distancing.
