March 19, 2020: Business Council on coronavirus paid sick leave legislation

In response to the coronavirus, the Governor signed a piece of legislation on Wednesday that expands paid sick leave to those under mandated quarantine or diagnosed with COVID-19. Ken Pokalsky, Vice President of The Business Council of New York State, weighed in on the new measures.
