March 16, 2020: Bird advocates on their legislative priorities

On a typical session day, you’ll hear activists all around the Capitol making their voices heard for their causes. One group, Audubon New York, comes to the Capitol to speak for the voiceless birds. Erin McGrath, New York Policy Manager, outlined the group’s priorities for this session.
