March 11, 2020: Combating climate change by increasing energy efficiency

Last year, the legislature took action and passed the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act which sets ambitious climate goals for the decades ahead. However, some legislators are calling for the state to take faster action on climate change. Asm. Barbara Lifton (D-Ithaca) explained the actions she would like the state to take.
