Feb. 3, 2020: Higher ed funding

On Tuesday, legislators will hear testimony on the Governor’s proposed higher education budget and other proposals which include an expansion of the Excelsior scholarship. Austin Ostro, President of the SUNY Student Assembly and SUNY Trustee Board member, weighed in on the proposal.
