January 22, 2020: NY flag changes

Out of many state flags, New York has one which Governor Cuomo is seeking to change. The Governor included a proposal in his State of the State which would place the motto “e pluribus unum” on the state’s flag. We spoke with flag expert Ted Kaye, author of the book “Good Flag, Bad Flag” and Secretary of the North American Vexillogical Association, about the proposed changes.
