January 13, 2020: Landlords push for rent law changes

Last session, the legislature passed a sweeping package of rent regulations. Now, a group of landlords are looking to reform some of the provisions. We’ll hear from Justin DiGiulio, Owner of the DiGiulio Group, and Jaime Michele Cain, a Partner in the Real Estate Department of the law firm Boylan Code, on the changes they are pushing for.
