The Working Families Party is aiming to have their 2020 candidates change the rhetoric around housing and budgeting issues by asking candidates to refrain from using terms like taxpayer and tax burdens due to the coded language of the terms. Michael Kracker, Executive Director of Unshackle Upstate, weighed in on the issue.
